Thank you for your interest in partnering with Superastro for your project - we look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
It's important that you read and understand the provided estimate and associated documentation. We have estimated what we feel is an appropriate price after factoring in the information we have been provided.
Any work requested in the absence of an estimate (common for ongoing clients) will be completed at our standard rates in our Superastro Service Terms.
It's extremely important that you provide all necessary details for us to provide an informed and accurate estimate, and to help ensure that the finalised materials provided are exactly what you were after. When in doubt, it's better to over-provide or get in touch for clarification. Please provide all requirements and information in a text format (via email).
Every project is unique - but here is a non-exhaustive list of information that could be important to provide us:
For complex projects, consider creating a layout or diagram illustrating your requirements.
Throughout the course of a project, there will be natural points where work progresses from one phase to the next. At these key moments, it’s important to carefully review the work to ensure it aligns with your expectations and project goals. While the specific stages may vary depending on the project, they could include:
Taking the time to thoroughly check work at these points helps ensure:
We encourage you to provide consolidated feedback from all stakeholders and communicate any concerns as early as possible. Doing so helps us stay on track and deliver the best result for your project.
Revisions are an important part of the process, allowing us to refine and perfect your project. Revisions are intended as slight course corrections that build on the agreed direction and scope. They are not intended to make significant changes or rework previously approved elements.
A revision typically involves:
Revisions should remain within the scope of the original brief and focus on fine-tuning the work, rather than introducing new concepts or directions.
We make reasonable accommodations for revisions to ensure your project aligns with your expectations. However, revisions that require significant rework (such as redesigning layouts, introducing new features, or shifting project goals) are considered outside the scope of standard revisions and may incur additional costs.
If such a situation arises, we will communicate with you and confirm any additional charges before proceeding.
To keep revisions productive and aligned with the project goals:
Revisions are designed to refine the work within the scope of the original agreement. Requests that go beyond the reasonable bounds of revisions may require an adjustment to the project scope or timeline, which we will always discuss with you beforehand.
Project scope may evolve during the process. To minimize additional costs, please provide a comprehensive, detailed brief. Factors that may lead to increased costs include:
Any additional work will be billed at our Standard Hourly Rates in accordance with the Superastro Service Terms.
We aim to deliver high-quality work tailored to your needs. However, some items are not included in our standard projects unless explicitly outlined in the agreed scope. These items include:
If you require any of these items, please let us know so we can include them in the project scope. If additional requirements arise during the project, we’ll discuss the associated costs with you before proceeding. This ensures transparency and allows us to deliver exactly what you need.
These terms are supplementary to our full Superastro Service Terms. Accepting or approving an estimate constitutes acceptance of all terms provided and referenced. Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for 30 days.
We prefer communication via email. For urgent matters, clearly indicate the urgency in your communication.
If you have any questions, need clarification, or would like to discuss your project further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help and ensure the process is as smooth and straightforward as possible.
