Digital Advertising Terms

We offer comprehensive online advertising campaign design and management services.

Fees & Refunds

Our standard digital advertising packages are all-inclusive for existing clients and include the creation of artwork, campaign design, ongoing management, optimization, monitoring, and reporting. Additional fees may apply for initial account setup, access provisioning, or custom creative materials unique to your campaign (such as bespoke marketing assets, custom illustrations, or campaign-specific designs beyond basic logo and text placement).

Third-party providers may require additional compliance checks to verify business status, registrations, or other credentials. The time and resources required to complete these checks will be billed to you as necessary, depending on the complexity and scope of the requirements.

Due to the nature of digital advertising, which involves the allocation of budgets to third-party platforms (such as Google Asia Pacific Inc, Google New Zealand, and Facebook Inc), refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances. Clients are responsible for any third-party advertising platform charges incurred beyond the scope of our services.

Interest on Overdue Advertising Balances: Where we have advanced advertising funds to third-party platforms on your behalf, interest charges as specified in our Pricing Schedule will be strictly enforced on any overdue balances that include these advanced costs. These charges will commence immediately from the due date and apply to the total overdue balance of any invoice containing advanced advertising costs.

Reporting

Performance reports are provided monthly, and at the end of the campaign period.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 28 days' written notice is required to terminate or suspend digital advertising services. This allows for the proper wind-down of campaigns and ensures no disruption to third-party obligations or pre-paid budgets.

Disclaimer of Liability

Digital advertising operates in a fluid and highly dynamic environment, with numerous external variables beyond our control. While we commit to delivering advice, insights, and technical support to help achieve your advertising objectives, we cannot guarantee specific results, performance metrics, or return on investment from digital advertising campaigns. We are not liable for any financial, commercial, or business outcomes related to the performance of your online advertising.

Clients acknowledge and accept these limitations as inherent to the nature of digital advertising.

Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms, conditions, and policies of third-party platforms utilized as part of their digital advertising campaigns or website functionality. See our Third Party Terms for more information.

Support and Responsibility

We can provide guidance to help you align with platform requirements; however, ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with the client. Non-compliance with these policies may result in penalties, ad account restrictions, or suspension. In such cases, we are not liable for any disruptions, penalties, or losses incurred as a result.

Privacy Policy Compliance: Clients must ensure that their business has a clear, accurate, and up-to-date privacy policy that complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing the use of cookies, tracking technologies, and the collection or processing of personal data for advertising purposes. We are not responsible for reviewing or validating the adequacy of your privacy policy, and non-compliance may result in restrictions or penalties from third-party platforms.

We are not liable for any failure to be aware of third-party platform terms or for acting on client requests that may breach those terms and conditions.

Failure to maintain a compliant privacy policy may lead to penalties, account restrictions, or other liabilities. Clients are advised to seek legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and platform requirements.

We are not liable for any failure to be aware of third-party platform terms or for acting on client requests that may breach those terms and conditions.
